insurance policy of the defendant company in the amount of
$20,800, the amount of insurance applied for. The trial court
found the defendant liable to the beneficiary for the full amount
of the insurance, and awarded attorneys' fees as a part of the
costs on the ground that the insurance company refused to pay
without just cause or excuse. Appeal has been duly perfected to this court by the insurance
company from all adverse decisions.
